Why we exist

Before FreshFoods International Market, finding authentic Indian spices, fresh halal meat, Middle Eastern pantry staples, Caribbean cooking ingredients, or Soursop and Moringa in Southwest Georgia meant driving 75–80 miles. For families that live here and want food that tastes like home, that was a real hardship.

Founder Hassam Karamat set out to change that.

"Business isn't about making money. Money is a byproduct of businesses adding value to others. My main goal is that I can be a reason for ease and comfort for people."
